I built this space because I needed it and it didn’t exist.

Not another wellness brand telling you to journal your way to joy or ‘manifest’ or shall we say Womanfest, from a place of abundance. Something real. Something that felt like a woman who had actually been through it sitting across from you, being honest.

I have been through it. I’ve sat in the kind of darkness where no one knew how close to the edge I was. I’ve lost myself completely — in relationships, in motherhood, in the version of me I performed for everyone else. And I’ve found my way back. Not through having it all figured out, but through small, honest moments of choosing myself.

That’s what this place is.

It’s letters to my younger self — and maybe to you. It’s everything I wish someone had handed me when I was drowning and didn’t know how to ask for help. The tools, the reflections, the hard truths, the gentle ones.

Everything here is written from inside the experience, not above it. You won’t find polished perfection or advice from someone standing on higher ground looking down. You’ll find me, here, alongside you — a little further down the road, hand out, saying this way.
